2026 Summer rental rates - total charge for the summer

  • The following rates are a TOTAL FLAT FEE (not a monthly charge) that rent the unit from today until August 31st. You may use the unit for 2 weeks or until August 31st, but the rate is the same.
  • Rates DO NOT include tax.

2026 Summer Rental Policies

  • Total summer rental fee to be paid in advance by Credit or Debit Card only. NO Cash/Checks/Money Orders.
  • Signed rental agreement required.
  • Access to the unit will not be allowed until both payment is received and rental contract is signed.
  • NO REFUNDS once you have paid for the unit - so make sure you really need the unit before paying.
  • NO REFUNDS if you move out before August 31st.
  • If you do not move out by August 31st, our standard monthly rates will then apply. Your Credit or Debit Card will automatically be charged on September 1st for the standard monthly rate. Your card will continue to be charged monthly until you have moved out AND removed the lock.
  • IMPORTANT - If the lock is still on the unit, it is still considered rented (even if the unit is empty). Please remove the lock and place the lock & key(s) on the floor of the unit when you have moved out.
